if a member of the coalition is the subject of hostility (as listed in Rule 1), the attacker is to be politely but firmly shunned from matters related to the Coalition. Any recurring trade deals, pacts, etc., are suspended until the attacker is accepted by the Coalition again. if hostilities continue, all members of the Coalition may use any means necessary to subdue the attacker, as long as the attacker is not irrevocably damaged or disadvantaged by this.Â
non-renewable resources, or resources which take an unreasonable amount of work to obtain renewably, should not be destroyed.
